We analyzed the location's zoning and determined the circumstances under which a commercial use would be permitted. We then drafted a lease to the Client's specifications, which protected the Client from liability in the event that the tenant violated the zoning restrictions.
Our client desired to set up an Internet-based business but wanted guidance as to the appropriate form of the business. We worked with the client to determine the most appropriate corporate structure for the client's interests, including limitation of liability and ease of operation. We determined that a limited liability company (LLC) would be the most appropriate fit for the client's interests, and formed the company.
