Specialties:

Joshua Krefetz specializes in business litigation, landlord-tenant law (commercial and residential), and real estate.

Background Information:

Before opening the practice, Mr. Krefetz fought for the rights of poor and disadvantaged members of the community at the Boston College Legal Assistance Bureau. A tireless litigator, he served as a counselor and advocate for families and individuals struggling to hold on to the everyday necessities of life. His efforts achieved successful resolutions in cases spanning a broad spectrum of legal problems, which were often closely intertwined with clients' health and financial difficulties.

During law school, Mr. Krefetz honed his courtroom skills as a Student Prosecutor for the Middlesex District Attorney's office. Although still technically a student, he successfully disposed of over one hundred misdemeanor and felony cases in Ayer District Court.

Prior to law school Mr. Krefetz spent four years at the United Nations in New York City, in a position where he was responsible for the gathering and analysis of diplomatic and political intelligence. The training and experience he received at the U.N. heightened his ability to uncover the facts and evidence which support your case. Joshua gives his personal attention to each of his clients, and he prides himself in the persistence and zeal with which he represents their interests.
